Equilateral triangles...

I saved this magazine for the quilt in the center. The magazine is American Patchwork and Quilting June 2007 Issue 86.

In the box with the magazine are a bunch of equilateral triangles that I cut for who knows what size of a quilt. 

I laid out a few to see what they look like and I still like the colors. I think I will use this for my leader/ender project this year. My inspiration comes from Bonnie Hunter's Tumbler project that she has started recently. I like the tumblers, but I have all these triangles already cut, so I will just start sewing them together.

New bloom in my garden...

 Today is the first time I have seen this flower bloom. Wish I knew what it is called.

It comes from a bulb and here is a side view. I hope that it gives me a few more flowers. 

Tomorrow I am back to quilting. Hope that you had a wonderful 4th of July Holiday, mine was awesome spent with Family.
