Trying to get back in the Quilting mood...

I picked up my part of a project with friends today. It is going to be a very bright quilt.

 Next I am trying to pick a block to make for the center of a Round Robin that starts in February.

(I would make block five into a square.)

Which block do you think would make the best center of a quilt?

 I will be picking up a focal fabric tomorrow. 

Last but not least a kitty picture. This is my Mom's cat Tiger Lily. When she is not quilting, she claims any folded clothes.

Dad's shirts and ties....
