Butterfly quilt...

This is the other quilt that Nancy gave to me to add more quilting to. It was in a quilt show awhile ago and one of the Judges comments was that there was not enough quilting on it.

 Here it is as I added detail to the butterfly wings.

This was a quilt that is one of many on my list to make someday. I have three more customer quilts to get quilted in the next couple of weeks and one of my own quilts that I would like to finish before the 17th of October. Our local quilt show is in November and we are to drop them off by October 20th.

Finished the quilting on Nancy's Halloween quilt...

Love the bright colors.

 Here is a close up of what I put in the 4-patches.

I used tracing paper to mark my designs and double sided tape to adhere them to the quilt. I had trouble last time When I marked directly on a quilt of the marks not being easy to remove. This method worked much better for me. I used the material as my guide for the design. Next up is a butterfly quilt that needs more quilting added to it.

Also drawing and finally blowing them up to the size I need on my copier. Tomorrow I will start the quilting.
