Saturday's progress...

I finished another customer quilt and got twelve of my thirtysix blocks assembled. 

Ready for the weekend...

I have 36 blocks laid out and ready to assemble. I made the parts during my visit with my Mom. The quilt pattern is free from Angela Walters blog Quilting is my therapy 

I will be working on this quilt in between quilting of customer quilts. I have been missing piecing on my regular machine.

I've been traveling...

I just returned from a trip to Ohio. I visited my Mother and Sister. And together we visited some wonderful quilt shops. I now have many more projects.

Quilts for my Great Nieces, one Pink & Green, the other Purple & Blue. I have not decided on the patterns yet. But I am leaning toward the Buggy Barn Heart and Star.

 And not to leave anyone out, this one will be for their Brother. We found all these fabrics at The Door Mouse quilt shop in Bettsville, Ohio.

 These are for me from the sale table at the Red Rooster quilt shop in Columbus, Ohio.

 I brought home three quilts of my Mother's that need to be quilted.

Last but not least two sets of my Mother's blocks that need to be assembled. My Mother is now eighty five and not able to have patience enough to work on big projects. So, now she mostly works on scrap blocks and petal table toppers. My Sister doesn't quilt, but likes to make purses. It was a fun visit, but it sure did seem way to short. It is hard to live so far away, but that's life.
