Mystery Monday Quilt

I have got together my fabrics for Mystery Monday at

Chris and Barbara quilts

The first clue will be given on Monday August 16th.

I like these fabrics, so hopefully they will work for the Mystery Monday Quilt.

Squishie in the Mail

Last Friday I got an email from  Hancocks of Paducah advertising a sale on fabric for $4.00 per yard. So I went over to their web site to take a look and found some fabric that I just couldn't resist. I love this price for picking up backing  fabric for quilts.

Chipper checked out what I purchased. The underwater fabric is for the backing of a quilt that my Mother started when I visited her in July. 

At $4.00 per yard I couldn't resist this blue fabric any longer. My favorite color is blue and the other draw to me is the collection is called "Eclectic Garden".

I am thinking that I will use this BOM pattern that I picked up when I visited Idaho in May.

Diane & Joyce show their quilts for kids quilts. Our Guild will be assembling blocks that we all made at our "Sew What" this month.

It was a great meeting and the quilts were wonderful. Oh, I was the official bag Lady.
