Stars and Birds

I have been working on the quilt that I saw in AP&Q magizine. 

I have finished my nine scrapy star blocks, a few corner stones and some of the sashing.

For now I am thinking of adding a border of bird blocks, and then maybe add a blue border of the same fabric that surounds the stars.

Once I was able to remove the Inspecter, I was able to get a picture of the charm squares that I will be giving away.

Part Three The Pieceful Hearts Quilters 2009 Quilt Show

This is the last of my show and tell from the quilt show. I wish that I could show all the quilts , but there were probably 200 in the show.

This one is to remind myself to get started on my own embroidery redwork. I received the pattern last week for redwok snowmen, stay tuned for pictures in the future.

This one has some beautiful quilting and I found the color striking.

I liked this one for the unique layout.

Loved the freestyle piecing.

These dolls were really awesome, with all the details.
