The ZOO

We went to the Columbia Zoo on Saturday. It was a lot of fun all four of us together on such a sunny day. I was able to get shots of my daughters and some animals, but forgot to take a picture of my husband and myself.

We hunted for lions, tigers and bears......oh my!

We found the lion and the tiger, but....

We were unable to find a bear. The giraffes were out.

These were the cutest baby flamingos, but by this time it was beginning to get cold, so we looked inside the bird house and then headed home.

Sunday I finished putting together this bright quilt and on Monday I got fabric for sides and the back. The inspectors gave their ok to start quilting it.

So off I go!
