Borders...

Didn't have quite enough of the outer fabric, so I pieced some corner blocks. I am thinking that I will bind with the brown. Then to get it quilted by April 17th.

 I found a piece in my stash that was perfect to add to all my left overs and now I have a back ready to stitch together. I am so happy to not have to buy any more fabric to finish this project. 

Border choice...

This is the layout of borders that the pattern calls for. Seeing it in this picture is to my liking. Now to cut them and attach them...then I need to decide on a back.

Design wall Monday...

 March 27th was my Birthday!

 I spent my weekend with my DH and My two daughters in Macon. We enjoyed all the beautiful blooming cherry trees and the Street Festival on Mulberry. The girls got me some awesome cup cakes.
