Bonnie gave us clue 6 as an early Christmas present. I am behind on 5, as I have all the little triangles cut out but not assembled to the HSTs. I am waiting on some red strings to finish step 5 strip pieced squares. Now I have step 6 squares cut and just could not resist assembling two of the stars. I will only get little bits of sewing time until the day after Christmas. Gotta go to the store now and get the items together for Sundays Christmas dinner that I am in charge of making.

These look beautiful! I think this must be my favorite of the steps so far...a finished block and it is Ohio Stars...one of my absolute favorites. Great work on the mystery! Haven't even started here yet myself...still finishing gifts.
When I saw Bonnie's post this morning I thought these stars looked great! Those of you who have been diligent on this mystery are going to have a very cool quilt! Love these blocks!
